Meet the COO
MARCELA MEIGNAN
Chief Operating Officer & Creative Director

A creative eye across fashion, culture and mobility.
Marcela Meignan is a Chilean-Italian creative director, editor, artist and designer whose work connects fashion, mobility and contemporary culture. At TheArsenale, she brings an editorial perspective to the way the brand looks, communicates and develops its creative projects.
Her career began in Buenos Aires, where she studied fashion production, before moving to Milan to specialise in fashion communication at NABA. During her years in Italy, she contributed to Elle Magazine as a columnist and developed editorial work within the European fashion scene.
Her exploration of jewellery led her to establish Nibiru Patrimony. Inspired by ancient Latin American and Mesopotamian civilisations, the collection brings historical references into a contemporary design language. Her work has been presented at the Faena Hotel in Miami and Hôtel Fouquet’s in Paris.
At TheArsenale, Marcela works across the brand’s creative direction, visual campaigns, collaborations and design identity. Her practice includes the development of capsule activewear collections, bringing fashion and function into conversation with the world of technical machines.
Alongside this work, she is editor-in-chief and publisher of REGIA Magazine, an international print and digital publication based in Monaco and Miami. Through its pages, she explores contemporary culture, design and fashion with a distinctive editorial voice.
Her multidisciplinary practice also extends to music, through her own releases and live performances. Across these different fields, a consistent approach emerges: connecting creative disciplines and finding a clear visual and cultural expression for each project.
