Brand Experiences
Let people encounter the promise directly.

What it means
Brand experiences translate a positioning into something people can use, enter, watch or take part in. The discipline connects digital products, physical environments, exhibitions, objects and film through a deliberate audience journey. The experience should make the promise more tangible.
Why a CMO invests in it
For a CMO, the opportunity is deeper understanding and a more direct relationship with an audience. The format must fit the objective: a talk, a retail visit and a film create different kinds of engagement. A strong experience also includes a useful next step.

View the full project ↗The documented case
TheArsenale created the XPENG AI Sessions in Paris, bringing together media, entrepreneurs, creators and technology leaders around artificial intelligence and intelligent mobility. Talks and product presentations explored the relationship between AI, robotics and the future of transportation.
We led the concept, creative direction, production and scenography, alongside the guest experience and content creation. The result was a physical platform for XPENG’s ideas, designed to make complex technology accessible through a shared experience.
The marketing lesson
The XPENG AI Sessions in Paris brought media, entrepreneurs, creators and technology leaders together around AI and intelligent mobility. TheArsenale led the concept, creative direction, production, scenography, guest experience and content. The case demonstrates how a complex technology subject can become a shared physical platform for explanation and conversation.
What should people be able to understand through the experience that a claim alone cannot prove?
What the work produces
Experience concept; audience journey; spatial or digital design; content and production; operational delivery; follow-up plan.
The exact scope is defined for each brief; this is a practical guide to the discipline.
What to measure
Evaluate who participated, what they understood and the quality of the resulting actions or conversations. Track operational friction as well as attention, and distinguish observed outcomes from intended benefits.
These are suggested evaluation criteria, not reported results for the case above.
