TheArsenale Perspectives / Brand Design
UX/UI design
Make the next action obvious.

What it means
User experience design shapes the journey someone takes to achieve a goal. User interface design makes that journey understandable through layout, language, controls and feedback. Together they translate brand intent into something people can use. A visually impressive page is not successful if its next action is unclear.
Why a CMO invests in it
A CMO gains a way to reduce the gap between attention and meaningful action. Clear journeys can help people understand an offer, participate in a campaign or contact a team. Improvements should be evaluated through realistic tasks and observed behaviour rather than assumptions about what users prefer.

Renault — Reinvent Twingo
Creative Concept, Community Campaign
View the full project ↗The documented case
For the Twingo’s anniversary, Renault and TheArsenale invited the public to reinvent the city car using generative AI. Participants imagined their own versions and shared them under #ReinventTwingo.
The campaign connected a familiar automotive icon with a new creative tool. TheArsenale helped develop the concept around a digital-to-real idea: use the community’s submissions as the starting point for a physical show car.
The marketing lesson
Reinvent Twingo is a useful interaction case: imagine a version of the car with a generative AI tool, then share it using the campaign hashtag. TheArsenale helped develop the concept. This lesson analyses the publicly described participation journey; it does not claim authorship of a particular application or interface. Its central UX principle is to make the requested action, the submission route and the eventual purpose understandable.
Could someone unfamiliar with the campaign understand what to do next without asking us?
What the work produces
User journeys; information architecture; wireframes; interface components; accessible interaction states; usability testing.
The exact scope is defined for each brief; this is a practical guide to the discipline.
What to measure
Measure task completion, time to understand the next step, abandonment and error rates. Qualitative observation helps explain why a number changes; raw click totals usually cannot.
These are suggested evaluation criteria, not reported results for the case above.
