TheArsenale Agency continues its exploration of the intersection between automotive culture and contemporary art with a bold new collaboration alongside Renault, centered on the Twingo E-Tech Electric and the distinctive vision of American artist Joshua Vides. As part of Renault’s ongoing creative initiatives, the project granted Vides full artistic freedom to reinterpret the iconic city car, transforming it into a striking, monochrome “art car.” Executed as a live performance, the activation took place at the Renault Carwalk in Paris, where the vehicle evolved in real time from a production model into a graphic, sketch-like sculpture—blurring the boundaries between industrial design and visual art.

Over the course of several days, visitors were invited to witness the transformation process firsthand, reinforcing TheArsenale Agency’s emphasis on experiential storytelling and public engagement. The live nature of the project elevated it beyond a static exhibition, turning the act of creation into a central component of the artwork itself. By orchestrating this immersive environment, TheArsenale Agency positioned the Twingo not just as a product, but as a cultural canvas—bridging automotive innovation with contemporary artistic expression and making the audience an integral part of the narrative.
